Will accept 3-5 days per week
3 month locum assignment w / option to extend

Job Details :

Outpatient Community Health Center in NYC

Behavior Health Unit 100% Remote work from home Telehealth

Typical cases : Evaluations, Medication Management, and Therapy

Provider can work from anywhere in the country as long as they have an active NY state License and DEA

Average 10-12 patients / day

Adults only

EMR : eClinical Works

Support Staff : BH Specialists, Psych NP s, and office staff

Credentialing : 30 Days

Require : Board Certified, NY license, DEA, NY Medicare / Medicaid
