Responsibilities
- Conducting field observations associated with existing facilities
- Performing facilities related services including roofing and waterproofing, fireproofing and fire stopping, exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), anchor testing, coring, scanning, material sampling, leak investigations, and forensic investigations
- Attending project meetings and assisting in project resolutions
- Assisting with the resolution of both technical and administrative project issues

Qualifications
Actively pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related degreeInterest in building forensics, mechanical systems, and structuresPosition requires carrying 40 - 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist heightMust be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - mileage will be reimbursedThe expected pay range for this role and location is $16-$20 / hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
