Education : Associate or Bachelors degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA) .

Experience : Minimum of 2 years clinical dental hygiene experience.

Licensure : Active, unrestricted dental hygiene license in any U.S. state or territory.

Certification :

Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (in-person course only).

Radiography certification
