Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Initiate contact with potential clients using telemarketing strategies to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Product Knowledge : Acquire and maintain a strong understanding of various insurance products offered by Aldreamia Omar Allstate Agency.
Client Engagement : Engage prospects in informative conversations to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Appointment Setting : Efficiently schedule appointments for Senior Insurance Agents to close deals with prospective clients.
Data Management : Accurately record client information and interactions in the agencys CRM system.
Follow-Up : Conduct timely follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed appointments.
Compliance : Adhere to all industry regulations and maintain the confidentiality of client information.
Requirements
Licensing : Current or ability to obtain state insurance license within a specified timeframe is preferred.
Experience : Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is desirable.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients over the phone.
Customer-Focused : Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions that correspond to those requirements.
Motivated : Strong self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with basic computer programs and CRM systems.
Availability : Flexibility to adapt to a work scheduled that varies from 9 : 00 am to 1 : 00 pm or 3 : 00 to 7 : 00 pm.
