About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Medical Surgical and Stepdown / PCU or ICU

License : Required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Must-Have :

Must be comfortable floating between Medical Surgical patient population to PCU and possibly ICU.

Must provide proof of taxable address to verify bill rate policy.

Must have a completed skills checklist within 1 year of submission date.

Must provide one supervisory reference at the time of submission.

Description :

This position offers same day interviews.

Please prepare qualified candidates for a call from a designated area code.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Local travelers are not accepted; candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from the facility.

Winter holidays require working two of three holidays (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving).

There is a limit of one day request off between specified dates for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

References must include one supervisory reference required at the time of submission.

Proof of a taxable address is required, and acceptable documents include a driver’s license, current utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage statement, or bank statement.
