We’re expanding—and looking for a skilled Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role :

As the Warehouse Manager, you’ll take charge of the receiving, storing, staging, and distribution of materials and equipment. You’ll oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring it runs efficiently, safely, and smoothly. This role is vital in maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and productivity of our warehouse facilities while leading a motivated team.

What You’ll Do :

Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory management.

Coordinate with department heads to align warehouse activities with other business functions like purchasing, logistics, and records control.

Develop and implement operational standards and safety practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Maintain accurate record-keeping and timely communication with managers and accounting.

Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to build a high-performing team.

Ensure proper security, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse.

Monitor and manage costs associated with warehouse operations to stay within budget expectations.

What You’ll Bring :

High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training is a plus).

1–3 years of warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, order pulling, stocking, cycle counts).

Forklift certification preferred.

Strong multitasking and leadership abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.

Valid driver’s license (held for at least 15 months) and ability to meet company driving guidelines.

Must be 18 or older, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass background and drug screening.

Military experience welcomed.
