What we are looking for :

We are looking to hire a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our Apartment buildings in Milwaukee, WI .

Compensation : $65,000-$75,000

• Leasing and Renewal Commissions

What you will be doing :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property. In this role, you\'ll manage repairs and unit turns while ensuring tenant satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. You’ll coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams to keep vacant units market-ready, review vendor contracts, and analyze rents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial goals, cost-effective operations, and a commitment to driving efficiencies and expense savings. Strong organizational and leadership skills are a must.
