Job Description :

Heidari Law Group is looking for an experienced Senior Employment Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney with at least 7 years of experience in employment law, including significant trial experience. As a senior member of the team, you will lead complex litigation, mentor junior associates, and shape the strategic direction of cases. Also, We are seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience in employment law. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a thriving firm while expanding your litigation expertise.

Senior Employment Attorney Responsibilities :

  • Handle all aspects of employment law cases, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment
  • Lead trials and arbitrations, including jury trials
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys
  • Conduct intake of screened leads and interview clients
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients
  • Manage a high-volume caseload and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Develop and implement case strategies, including settlement negotiations and trial preparation

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the State Bar of California
  • At least 7 years of experience in employment law litigation
  • Extensive trial experience, including jury trials
  • Strong leadership, case management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

    • Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate

    Responsibilities :

  • Assist in employment law cases, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions
  • Conduct intake of screened leads and interview clients
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and preparation

    • Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the State Bar of California
  • At least 2 years of experience in employment litigation
  • Strong litigation and research skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
