Responsibilities of this Direct Hire AP Specialist Include :

• Full cycle accounts payable processing
• Compile and maintain accounts payable records
• Match payables to the general ledger
• Generate, process, and distribute checks
• Ensure clients are paid accurately and on time
• Reconcile and correct any discrepancies
• Notify appropriate parties of any accounting irregularities
• Create monthly reports

Minimum Qualifications :
