We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our CEO, nurses, Caregivers, and other office staff, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining caregiver schedules, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Office hours : 08 : 30 am - 04 : 30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate personMaintain the home visiting scheduling software for clients / caregiversSchedule appointments and maintain a calendarOrganize virtual and in-person meetings and take accurate minutesWrite emails, memos, and letters, and distribute them appropriatelyContribute to company reportsMaintain an organized filing systemDevelop, update, and maintain relevant office proceduresMust take call some week days and weekendsQualifications
High school diploma / GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferredPrevious experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar positionFamiliarity with standard office equipment, such as printers and fax machines, and laptops.Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, CanvaHighly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
