The companies within the First Quality group produce high-quality personal care and household products for large retailers and healthcare organizations, including baby diapers, wipes, feminine pads, paper towels, bath tissue, adult incontinence products, laundry detergents, fabric finishers, and dishwash solutions. We also manufacture raw materials and components used in these products, including flexible print and packaging solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate all facilities construction and new manufacturing equipment installations.
• Provide functional stewardship / oversight for all aspects of Engineering.
• Implement quality improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Ensure that the business operation has the engineering / technical capability for meeting future business requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment, actively involved in improving safety systems and eliminating the causes of accidents.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
