Looking for a Peds Physical Therapist to work 4x9 days with every 4th weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Start Date : Any Monday in Oct. 10 / 6, 10 / 13 preferred Shifts per Week : 4 Shift Length (hours) : 9 Shift Start : no earlier than 730am Shift End : no later than 6pm No call Required : - 1 year of experience - MN license - Can submit without having it in hand. Temp license issues quick once the board is in receipt of all required documents. Traveler would need to commit to applying once offered - BLS - Accepts first time travelers - Traveler must be 25+ miles away from the facility as they do NOT accept locals. Charting : EPIC (experience preferred) Scrub Color : Royal Blue Total Hourly Pay Rate : $65.39 Per Hour On W2(Taxable) : $18.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable) : $47.39 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown : Weekly Gross : $2,353.90 Per Week On W2(Taxable) : $648.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable) : $1,705.90 Per Week
