Health Information Management Specialist

A company is looking for a HIM / RCM Product Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary HIM expert for the Products and Technology team and provide strategic input on AI-driven HIM solutions

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and collaborate with design teams to enhance user experience

Support commercialization efforts and conduct product demonstrations for clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, or related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in HIM with exposure to HIS and RCM

Proven track record in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HIM / coding software

Strong understanding of HIS and RCM workflows, clinical coding, and auditing

Essential knowledge of U.S. coding standards : ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, MS-DRG, and IR-DRG
