JOB SUMMARY

Join our team as a Process Engineer, the dynamic technical leader for our process area! You'll implement projects to improve safety, quality, efficiency, cost reductions, production capacity, and equipment availability. This role requires leading teams and managing multiple tasks.

SALARY

$100,000 - 110,000 commensurate with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain an equipment replacement / rebuild program for the process area.

Partner with Operational Excellence Organization to integrate Six Sigma / Lean tools.

Conduct Engineering Studies to determine root causes and corrective action plans.

Serve as a technical resource for the process area.

Partner with Process Maintenance Organization to refine the maintenance program.

Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers.

Strive for continuous improvement in all work activities.

Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Work safely, eliminate unreasonable risks, and report incidents promptly.

Assist Validation, Quality, Production, Training Organizations with Engineering Studies and protocols.

Perform other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.

QUALIFICATIONS

1+ year of Process Engineering experience

Experience with automated packaging or liquid filling / oral solid filling equipment

DeltaV or PLC systems experience a plus

Six Sigma training and / or certification a plus

Lean Manufacturing training and / or certification a plus

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required) - preferably Mechanical Engineering
