Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Home Health Aide role located in Brandford, CT. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing patient care, and offering personal care services to improve the overall well-being of clients.

Qualifications

• Home Care and Patient Care skills
• Communication skills
• Activities of Daily Living and Personal Care skills
• Experience in the healthcare or caregiving industry
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Certification or training in Home Health Aide services is a plus
