Construction Accounting Controller

A company is looking for a Controller, Outsourced Accounting for Construction Industry Clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a remote accounting team and oversee job profitability and budgets

Serve as the primary contact for construction client engagements and provide advisory services

Review financial statements and manage the accounting period close for clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required

8+ years of full cycle accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry

Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience

Experience with accounting software such as Netsuite, Yardi, and QuickBooks Online preferred

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
