Kava Culture Kava Bar in SWFL is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join our growing tribe.

Hospitality Team Management experience is required.

    • QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

    2 years of experience in management / hospitality required ; kava knowledge a plus, but willing to train the right individual.

    Regional Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and all locations.
  • Oversee operations of each location.
  • The ability to coordinate the growth of seven different locations.
  • Host weekly meetings for the management team.
  • Willing to help grow company structures and policies.

    • Qualifications

  • Must be tech-savvy.
  • Financial experience; forecasting, budgeting, P&L analysis.
  • Hospitality experience is a must.
  • Experience hiring, interviewing, and training employees.
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering.
  • Experience with Toast POS and Restaurant 365 is a plus.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

    • Organizational

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with customers, employees, executive leadership, event vendors, and hosts
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources
  • Polished eye for detail and extreme attention to cleanliness and organization
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize

    • Availability

  • Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Attend bi-weekly management meetings at Kava Culture HQ (Cape Coral)
