Post-Acute Care Physician $290K+ Potential Greater Los Angeles, CA

Compensation : $232K$290K base + annual bonus Schedule : MondayFriday, no nights or weekends

A mission-driven, value-based healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Post-Acute Care Physician to join its team serving Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) across the Greater Los Angeles area. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to seniors and medically complex patients while enjoying a stable schedule and strong team support.

Requirements

  • MD or DO with active CA license
  • BC / BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred
