Overview
As a Payroll and HR Consultant , you will act as the HR lead for several concurrent client projects. You will be responsible for delivering leading HR solutions, managing day-to-day client interactions, coordinating the team dedicated to each client, and communicating progress to your clients, teams, and leadership. Prior experience in an autonomous HR leadership position is essential for this role, in addition to an understanding and appreciation of general business principles, strategies and tactics. You must also bring tireless curiosity, exceptional attention to detail and unblemished professional ethics and integrity to our firm.
Base pay
$100,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities
Acting as the lead Payroll and HR contact for a portfolio of clientsLeading your project teams to execute high-impact initiatives for your clientsDelivering polished, professional deliverables in a timely mannerAdvising clients regarding employee relations, compliance, and other HR-related mattersAttending or leading client meetings to review project deliverables, answer questions, and discuss opportunitiesProactively escalating potential risks to E|H leadershipExperience & Education
5+ years' experience in Payroll and HR management, in either operational, Payroll, or HR rolePrior experience in hospitality management preferredExperience managing a high volume of time-sensitive administrative tasksFamiliarity with HR principles including, but not limited to, wage & hour compliance, employee relations, training, and benefits managementStrong MS office skills, business communication, and problem-solving skillsFluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in written and spoken Spanish preferredBachelor's degree required; human resources, business administration, or related field preferredSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other related certification preferredMaster's in HR or related field preferredWhat\u2019s in it for you?
