Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for shareholders, addressing inquiries through phone and email
Educate participants on equity compensation plans and connect their value to financial wellness goals
Support equity-related transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 65 (or 66) must be obtained within corporate timelines
1-2 years of experience in equity compensation or financial services
Solid understanding of equity compensation vehicles and financial planning concepts
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
