Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team in designing and developing technical solutions, ensuring adherence to engineering standards

Collaborate across teams and the organization to align priorities and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent while managing vendor relationships and technology strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience

8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a specific IT discipline

3+ years of leadership experience in an IT discipline with management responsibilities

Proven ability to manage high-performance work teams and execute multiple large projects

Experience in developing solutions for complex business problems and effective communication with stakeholders
