What You’ll Do :

• Greet and interact with guests in a professional, friendly manner
• Answer a multi-line phone system efficiently and courteously
• Make reservations and fulfill guest requests in a timely manner
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth operations

What We’re Looking For :

No prior hotel experience is required, but customer service experience is preferred . Training will be provided to help you succeed!
