A company is looking for a Talent Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle recruiting for US-based FTE roles across various functions

Handle approximately 20 requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience

Collaborate with hiring managers and provide strategic insights to support hiring decisions

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences

Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions across functions

Familiarity with Jobvite or other ATS platforms is preferred

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices
