job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide patient care in accordance with nursing supervision and the given facility standards As directed by professional staff, moves, positions, lifts and transports residents in care using a variety of lifts and other aids in order to make them more comfortable, to prepare them for treatment and to deliver them to appropriate treatment facilities Complete timely and accurate clinical notes including addressing patient's / client's progress Assist in the transport of patients Maintain a clean and healthy environment Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate One year of healthcare experience preferred One year of long term care experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Starting Pay Rate : $24.00 / hr
Available Shift :
- 3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm (3 shifts per week)
- Every other Saturday and Sunday
