KEY RESPONSIBILITES :

• Welding Procedure Development : Develop / document a procedure, in compliance with requirements, derived from : AWS (American Welding Society) D1.1 : Structural Welding Code Steel ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) B31.3 : Process Piping Standard Develop / document PQR and WPS for structural steel and pipe under AWS D1.1 & ASME B31.3 1.3 Develop / document welding inspection / testing procedures under AWS D1.1 & ASME B31.3. 1.4 Provide a detailed Implementation Plan to successfully execute the scope of work Implementation : Support fabrication team in developing weld procedures / specifications in compliance with AWS D1.1 & ASME B31.3 Support in developing PQR’s and WPS’s under each code / standard as applicable for each welding application and material : Structural - Carbon Steel Pipe – Carbon Steel Pipe – 304 Stainless Steel Support in the creation of welding inspection / testing procedures along with the appropriate documentation to stay in compliance with the applicable code / standard.
