Overview Web Marketing Development Program - Web Technology and Platforms. Dive into TI's Web Marketing teams to influence website experience, online strategy, technical content, data analytics, and more. You will gain exposure to TI's Worldwide Marketing teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the company while receiving formal learning, projects, and on-the-job development experiences to accelerate your growth at TI.

As part of the Web Marketing Career Accelerator, you will also gain exposure to disciplines such as Digital Experience and Analytics, Technical Content Specialist, User Experience Design, Web Technology, and more. You will have opportunities to work with partners across Portfolio & Product Marketing, Digital Experience Operations & Analytics, Information Technology and User Experience & Design.

Responsibilities Participate in a program that includes professional and technical training to accelerate ramp-into TI and support long-term career success.

Contribute to multiple strategic marketing projects and lead / execute initiatives within the Web Marketing teams.

Collaborate with global stakeholders across marketing, technical, communications, and sales teams.

Gain hands-on experience across web technology functions including Web Content Platforms, Technical Platforms, Search, and Translation Platforms.

Develop and drive a best-in-class website and digital experience for customers seeking information, design exploration, purchases, and timely support.

Additional exposure and opportunities include : learning key platforms (translation, content management, video, product information management, etc.), collecting feedback from business partners and customers, and participating in key projects to test new platform functionality and perform web competitive research and analysis.

Qualifications Minimum requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research & Analytics, MIS, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Web Design & Development, User Experience Design, Technical Communications, Engineering or Computer Science with focus in marketing, or related degree.

Cumulative 3.0 / 4.0 GPA or higher

Preferred Qualifications Experience in SEO or information architecture

Familiarity with how to leverage a website as a marketing tool, web design principles, channels that drive traffic, and basics of eCommerce

Ability to analyze data, gain insights, and make recommendations

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions; proven ability to build relationships and influence without authority

Ability to manage projects and operate in fast-paced, changing environments

Basic knowledge of JIRA / Confluence

Preferred but not required : experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Spotfire, translation services platforms, and related tools
