Executive Assistant I (PRN) - Administration
Under the direction of the Sr Vice President Ambulatory Services and CEO FQHC Clinics, this position is primarily charged with coordinating day-to-day operations and performing complex administrative work for reporting departments. The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing staff support functions to maximize the efficiency of department management and professional staff. The executive assistant consistently demonstrates exemplary customer service skills in a fast-paced environment and cultivates new and existing customer relationships.
Hourly Pay Rate : $29.00
This is a Float position.
Qualifications
Education :
Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Prefer an associate degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience :
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of administrative / clerical / office experience demonstrating an understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Prefer experience in the healthcare industry.
Specialized Training :
Prefer New Innovations, ERAS, Excel, Word, and Blackboard training / experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Requires excellent organizational and social skills, the ability to work with professionals, and maintain confidentiality.
Must have initiative, ability to work through problems, and ability to multitask.
Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft PowerPoint are preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work effectively, cooperate, and collaborate with a team, as well as work independently.
Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
Prefer knowledge of various medical terminologies.
Knowledge of medical education and databases is preferred.
