A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support and build trust with customers through inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Take inbound calls to assist customers with their unique needs and offer additional products
Demonstrate empathy while setting up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents
Navigate multiple computer systems to provide efficient customer service
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for those not already licensed
Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends after training
Must have a designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet
Computer must be physically connected to the router or modem
