An Illinois licensed LPN is required for two to four days a week at an out-patient methadone clinic.

Some of the duties include but not limited to dispensing methadone, administering TB tests,  assisting  with physical

exams, accurate charting, filing, ordering supplies, patient education and working closely with the programs physician

and other staff.

Must be punctual, have reliable transportation, basic computer skills, good communication skills, must pass a background

check and  drug screening test that is required by law.

Knowledge in addiction and medication assisted treatment a plus but will train.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 5 : 15am to 1 : 15pm and Saturdays from 5 : 45am to 10 : 45am.

Some Saturdays may be required.
