About the Job

The Director, Revenue Integrity & Analytics is a strategic leadership role responsible for safeguarding revenue and driving data-informed financial decisions across Southern New Hampshire Health. This position is part of the financial leadership team and collaborates with clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure compliance, optimize revenue, and support patient-centered care.

Location : Nashua, NH (Hybrid flexibility available)

What You'll Do

• Develop and lead revenue integrity strategies including charge capture, CDM accuracy, pricing, and denial prevention.
• Serve as a cross-functional connector between revenue cycle, clinical teams, IT, and analytics.
• Build and manage dashboards, reports, and predictive models using Excel, SQL, BI tools, and AI / ML.
• Lead denial management efforts by analyzing root causes and implementing preventive strategies.
• Oversee policy and compliance related to revenue integrity, aligned with Epic and regulatory standards.
• Manage and maintain the Charge Description Master (CDM) across SNHH entities.
• Participate in system-wide committees and communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Drive operational improvements through automation and workflow enhancements.
