Responsibilities

Design and deliver clean, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable UI / UX solutions.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.
Ensure consistency of design language and adherence to accessibility and usability standards.
Participate in user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Advocate for best practices in UI / UX design and design thinking across teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UI / UX design, preferably in enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively in remote teams.

Ability to translate complex business processes into intuitive, user-friendly designs.

Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
