As the Project Manager the candidate would be responsible for supporting the CEO. Responsibilities include maintaining Board and Executive committee records, setting meetings, sending out notices and appointments, coordinating information and facilitating the functions of the CEO. The candidate would be responsible for accurate record keeping and thorough note taking for management level and other agency meetings. The Project Manager is responsible for always maintaining strict and consistent confidentiality standards. Applicants should be proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe suite and comfortable with using technology to include set up for in person and video conferences / meetings. The applicant should also possess excellent verbal and written communication.
A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. An Associate's degree accepted with 3+ years of experience.
