About the Role

As part of our Hematology / Oncology team, the APP will :

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of oncology / hematology patients.

Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.

Participate in patient education, care planning, and ongoing support.

Support clinical and operational initiatives that enhance the patient experience and outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary : $125,000 $140,000 (commensurate with experience)

Competitive base compensation plus sign-on bonus for eligible candidates

Qualifications

Current Illinois licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

Certification in area of specialty required (or ability to obtain).

Prior experience in oncology / hematology or a strong interest in the specialty preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
