Healthcare Banking Document Specialist

Apex Systems is hiring for a Healthcare Banking Document Specialist in Draper, UT.

Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr.

Location : Draper, UT (Fully onsite role)

Targetted Start Date : 1 / 06 / 2025

Training : 1 month : Shadowing, orientation with one senior team member (Cant miss any time during training)

Hours After Training : Mon-Fri 7 : 30-4 : 30 PM MST or 8 : 30-4 : 30 PM MST

Contract Duration : 6 month contract with a potential to extend based on performance and attendance

Responsibilities

• Review New Deposit Accounts : Conduct thorough reviews of all new deposit accounts to ensure accuracy in structure, account ownership, and compliance with legal documentation requirements. This includes verifying the correctness of account details and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Compliance Assurance : Ensure that all information required for compliance with the Bank Customer Information Program is obtained and accurately recorded. This involves maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Track and Monitor : Track and monitor for missing signature cards and account exceptions. This includes following up on outstanding items and ensuring that all accounts are fully compliant with bank policies and procedures.
• Additional Duties : Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management. This may include participating in special projects, assisting with audits, and providing support to other team members as needed.
