Pediatrics Physician

A hospital in western North Dakota has an opening for a Pediatrician to assist with locum coverage. Opening Overview : Schedule : 24-hour call shifts, 7 days per month Level II nursery Patient Census : 2-3 per day Duties : Attend vaginal deliveries if requested, attend scheduled and emergent c-sections, admit / discharge newborns, admit / care for pediatric patients, and perform procedures Required Procedures : Circumcisions, newborn resuscitation / intubations / UVC, lumbar punctures Support Staff : Nurses, anesthesia, OB / GYNs, respiratory therapists, and local pediatricians EMR : Meditech Must be board-certified or board-eligible Paid travel & expenses During your time off, attend rodeos, fairs, and festivals, drive scenic routes through Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and explore a charming downtown.
