As a commercial estimator for Pavilion Construction, you hold a key role in the project team handling procurement, bidding proposals and submissions, and have constant contact with project owners and prospective subcontractors. The Pavilion Construction estimator is the liaison to the project owner and the primary point of contact for the owner's consultants during the early phases of the project. Our estimators pride themselves on being chiefly responsible for Pavilion's "first impressions" and delivering excellent services and industry wisdom to our clients. With these responsibilities, an estimator for Pavilion Construction enhances our brand and is an integral player in the success of today and the possibility of tomorrow. Our estimators' needs are organized, technically proficient in quantity takeoffs, able to think creatively, and love to communicate. A day's work passes by very quickly as they establish the critical path and scrutinize the small details of a planned project. Qualifications for this position :

• At least 3 years of previous "purchasing" experience within the construction industry.
• Use computer software tools to assist with quantity "take-off" material surveys.
• Have developed strong working relationships with subcontractors.
• Enjoy drafting the Work / Management Plan and critical path schedule or a project.
• Creative in finding better, less cost, and more efficient solutions towards delivering owner's intentions.
