Part Time

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8 : 30AM 6 : 00PM Rotating Saturday : 9 : 00AM 1 : 00PM

Responsibilities :

  • Room patients and handle documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate patient care according to physician directives and company policies.
  • Prepare, restock, and sanitize examination rooms and other patient care areas.
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, and manage scheduling, phone inquiries, and payments.
  • Attend required meetings and participate in team and professional development activities.

    • Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant is a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills
  • At least one year of experience in a medical office; pediatric experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR); experience with AthenaOne is a bonus.
  • Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are highly valued.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand or stoop for extended periods.
  • Some mild physical labor and occasional heavy lifting (e.g., infants, toddlers).
  • Exposure to various medical elements, including blood and chemicals.

    • Compensation Offered (negotiable, dependent upon experience) : Hourly - Hourly Plan, 22.00 USD Hourly
