A company is looking for a Sr. HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with HR compliance, audits, payroll compliance, and benefits administration
Serve as backup for leave of absence and benefits administration
Monitor HR compliance and assist with internal audits and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, including 2-3+ years in Payroll Compliance and Benefits
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
Strong understanding of employment-related compliance with federal and state laws
Excellent organizational skills
