Fulltime PDIS Level 2 Lead Infant Teacher

Overview

Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a difference in young children's lives? Mountain View Academy is seeking a dedicated, full-time assistant teacher to join our supportive team.

We offer a salary position with generous paid time off, including 4 weeks in addition to standard PTO. All classrooms feature 3-teacher teams, ensuring ample support and personalized attention for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside an assistant teacher and a lead teacher, contributing and helping plan to facilitate a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of young children.
• Help provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Support activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Assist in communicating effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning.
• Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in your care.
