Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Residential | $37 / hr | Monday–Friday
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This full-time role splits time between two adjoining programs at the same location, offering stability, meaningful work, and a supportive team environment.

LPN Key Responsibilities :
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with MAP (Medication Administration Program) guidelines
- Monitor individuals’ health, take vital signs, and document changes or incidents
- Complete medical assessments and write monthly progress notes
- Train and support residential staff on-site with medical-related procedures
- Respond to medical emergencies based on nursing standards
- Participate in team meetings and provide coaching to new staff as needed
LPN Qualifications :
- Current LPN license (Massachusetts)
- Minimum of one year of related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Completion of all required state and agency training, including MAP
- Ability to pass CORI and other required background checks
Additional Requirements :
- Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance if needed
- Ability to apply sound judgment and follow detailed procedures in a care environment
