Requirements :

• Full-time position.
• Willingness to commute to our home office in Indianapolis, IN.
• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Experience leading projects through launch as a project manager.
• Ability to collaborate with customers to define requirements.
• Creative problem-solving and ideation skills.
• Ability to quickly create proof of concept.
• Proficiency in creating 3D models and drawings.
• Experience assembling and testing prototypes.
• Proficient in SolidWorks.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering / Product Development.
• Understanding of the product development process from concept to launch.
• Experience designing parts for various manufacturing processes such as injection molding, stamping, etc.
• Fluent in English.
