Now Hiring : Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York

Join a team providing exceptional mental health services to individuals and families in need. Make a difference by delivering quality care and fostering emotional growth within a supportive environment.

Job Type : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation : $115,000 - $120,000 annually + full benefits package

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, families, couples, and groups.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide client-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal standards.
  • Stay informed about new trends in mental health through workshops and training.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active New York State license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
  • Specialization in trauma, substance use, or family counseling preferred.
  • Familiarity with ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
