This internship position is located in Indianapolis, on-site.

Launch your career with the Roche Ops Quality Internship, to build your expertise across our organization. Gain invaluable, hands-on experience by tackling high-impact projects and providing a comprehensive view of the Q&R landscape. You will support teams to manage complex system structures and interfaces, work both autonomously and with others on projects with the goal of achieving process improvements, and prepare a summary of learnings and point out improvement areas you discover.

Program Highlights

Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.

Program start dates are in May / June (Summer).

A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.

Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.

Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.

Who You Are (Required)

Required Education (You meet one of the following criteria) :

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student) with at least two full years of study.

Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student).

Required Majors :

Majoring in a STEM-related degree.

Required Skills :

Basic skills working with Google suit solutions (G-Sheets, G-Docs, G-Slides, etc.)

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $26.00 - $35.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
