Senior Technical Project Manager, Enterprise Applications

The Senior Technical Project Manager Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems leads the implementation of large-scale enterprise application projects, preferably Out-of-Box Cloud Solutions. This role focuses on the project management functions of implementing ERP applications such as Finance, HCM / Payroll, Supply Chain, and CRM. The position requires a strong PM practitioner with deep experience in both Waterfall / SDLC and Agile / Iterative methodologies.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions :

• Leads project planning and coordination of ERP implementations including configuration management, role-based security, data conversions, integrations, reporting tools, licensing, tenant and release management, testing, training, and change management.
• Manages hybrid project methodologies including Waterfall / SDLC and Agile / Iterative approaches.
• Engages stakeholders and end users through governance, training, and change management.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Ensures technical and operational readiness including testing, cutover, and post-implementation support.
