Marketing Coordinator

at Dublin Dental Care

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Work with owner of the company to carryout marketing vision.
  • Assist Marketing team with brainstorming, marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Create marketing campaigns to drive target market to desired results, including participation in our events.
  • Design, layout, and format materials to communicate marketing objective.
  • Create various promotional materials such as direct mail, postcards, ads, newsletters, packaging, labels, letterhead, squeeze pages, etc. for print and web to execute campaigns.
  • Work with marketing companies and graphic designers when necessary.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and pieces from start to finish, working with deadlines.
  • Establish design template for labels and other frequently used graphic materials.
  • Make ongoing revisions to marketing materials, including (but not limited to) company website, and Facebook page, and various other online marketing.
  • Track all marketing pieces and effectiveness.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES :

  • Strong organizational skills and confident decision-making abilities.
  • Copywriting Skills a PLUS.
  • Ability to Focus in Fast Paced Environment – FAST LEARNER.
  • Detail Oriented and Quality Conscious.
  • Strong Software Skills A MUST! – Especially Adobe software and Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
  • Self Motivated Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt and react quickly to changes and deadlines – Time Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Strong writing, typing and editing skills.
  • Goal Oriented.

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Experience in Copywriting and / or Direct Response Marketing desired.
  • Minimum three years of experience in graphic design, advertising or marketing preferred.
  • Experience working with databases and segmenting lists for marketing.
  • Proficient with PC and Macintosh Operating Systems.
  • Experience processing, ordering and managing print jobs, as well as working with printers and website designers.
  • Experience in web language / design : HTML, Flash a PLUS.
  • Experience in audio and video editing a PLUS.
  • Experience in IT / minor computer and network troubleshooting a PLUS.
