A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, free from major infractions for the past five (5) years. Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas Ability to regularly lift and carry 50–100 lbs Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality workmanship. Pay per job Company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance. Company vehicle. 401 (k) with match up to 3% Phone allowance. - Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while gaining in-depth knowledge of customer needs and expectations, both new and existing.
