Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic QA Manager with excellent communication skills and a strong background in managing complex testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with business stakeholders in the retail domain and a proven ability to lead quality assurance efforts across large-scale programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end QA processes across multiple teams and projects.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define quality standards and testing strategies.
- Drive test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Implement best practices in test automation, performance testing, and defect management.
- Ensure alignment of QA activities with business goals and timelines.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Required Skills :
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience in the retail domain preferred.Proven track record in managing large-scale testing efforts.Ability to prioritize tasks and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.7–10 years of experience in QA and testing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Experience working in or with retail businesses is a plus.
