The ability to lead and motivate others to follow proper safety, health, sanitation and food preparation with a focus on cooking, plating and service for our residents.
The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care and food service for our residents.
Proven experience in leadership, hiring, training, evaluating and scheduling kitchen staff.
Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
