Position Responsibilities
We are seeking a CI Engineer based in Mukwonago, WI, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing. This role focuses on continuously improving Lean Enterprise through systematic application of Lean and APS tools, leading local resources to success, and fostering a lean culture. The position involves :
Using performance data for reportingTraining staff in Lean methodologiesTeaching the Scientific Method for problem-solvingLeading Lean pilot groups and coaching team membersDriving cost-saving initiatives and process improvementsMentoring Green Belt project ownersTracking improvement project progress and savingsPromoting internal and external kaizen activitiesSupporting statistical analysis and solution validationCollaborating with regional CI groupsDeveloping and executing cost savings plansSupporting the 5S processQualifications
Bachelor's degree required; technical background preferred, with 5+ years in manufacturingSkills and Experience
Strategic leadership and influenceCuriosity and commitment to learningStrong quantitative analysis skillsUnderstanding of Lean and Six Sigma; Black Belt certification preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with Improvement and Coaching Katas is beneficialSelf-motivated with initiativeServant leadership and teamwork orientationAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationWhat We Offer
