We are seeking an Associate Director of Technology Product Management to lead a dynamic team of Technical Product Managers. This role requires current experience in a technical environment of high-volume websites and high-velocity transactions. These are not just internal apps and websites, but external B2C type transactions in the millions per day. We need candidates with both high-volume websites and Customer Journey experience. B2C & e-Commerce experience.

Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with UI / UX designers to transform user insights into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. Demonstrates a deep understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles to ensure seamless product execution. Proven experience bridging the gap between design and development teams to deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces.
- Lead a team of Technical Product Managers to define and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution in a customer-centric software environment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver external B2C digital commerce solutions, including high-volume websites and customer journeys.
- Ensure alignment of product strategy with business objectives and analytics-driven decision making.
Qualifications
Experience in a technology-driven environment with significant exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle management (8-10 years).5+ years in leadership roles managing product teams and driving strategic initiatives.Significant experience in product management, particularly within the digital commerce space; proven track record from conception to launch.Experience leading and mentoring product management teams; prior involvement with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online retail.Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and digital architecture.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and measure success.Strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the digital commerce space; experience with market research, user testing, and translating insights into actionable features.Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy; experience defining roadmaps and identifying new market opportunities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to build consensus across stakeholders.Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.In-depth knowledge of the digital commerce landscape and regulatory / compliance requirements relevant to digital commerce.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree such as an MBA is often preferred.PMC-VI or equivalent product certifications preferred.Experience
At least 8-10 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven environment, with significant exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle management.Leadership experience : minimum 5 years in a leadership role, managing product teams and driving strategic initiatives.Significant experience in product management within digital commerce; proven track record of managing digital products from conception to launch.Experience leading and mentoring product management teams; previous experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online retail.Analytical & Technical Proficiency
Proficiency with data analytics and business intelligence tools; ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.Experience with product management tools and methodologies; familiarity with Agile and Scrum.Ability to work with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful product development.Compensation & Benefits
Our Associate Director of Tech Product Management earns between $174,100.00-$261,100.00 USD annually. Salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training. This role includes extensive rewards and benefits.
